How do I pick up my items from Edison warehouse?
We're happy to offer warehouse pickup for your convenience! We have only one warehouse pickup location, located at 3025 Woodbridge Ave, Edison NJ 08837.

Please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth and safe pickup experience.
Step 1: Call Ahead
Please call 732-548-1234 at least 1 hour before arriving at the warehouse. This allows our team time to confirm your pickup and ensure your merchandise is pulled and ready when you arrive.
Step 2: Bring a Valid Photo ID
You must present a valid photo ID at pickup to verify your purchase.
Step 3: Bring Extra Help
While our team can assist with loading, you are responsible for:
- Having at least two capable adults
- Safely loading, securing, and unloading your furniture
Please note: We are not responsible for damages during loading or transport.
Step 4: Bring the Right Vehicle
You are responsible for bringing an appropriate vehicle to safely transport your merchandise.
- Furniture cannot be loaded onto car roofs or roof racks
- Make sure your vehicle has adequate space and capacity
Step 5: Inspect Before Loading
All merchandise must be inspected prior to loading. Once loaded and transported, the customer assumes responsibility for the furniture.
Step 6: Secure Your Items
Please bring:
- Ropes or straps
- Moving blankets or padding
Secure your items properly to prevent shifting or damage during transit.
Step 7: Drive Carefully
For safety, we recommend driving under 55 MPH. Even heavy items can shift if not properly secured.
Important Reminder
Merchandise may require assembly and preparation after pickup. We are not responsible for damage to vehicles or merchandise during loading or transport.

How do I pick up my items from the store location?
If you purchased a floor sample or clearance item directly from one of our store locations, please review the important pickup guidelines below.

Please be advised that most merchandise is not available for pickup from the store location. Typically, floor samples, clearance items, and some accessories are the only items you may pick up in-store.
Floor Sample & Clearance ("As-Is") Purchases
- All floor sample and clearance merchandise is sold "As-Is."
- These items are final sale and non-refundable.
- "As-Is" items are not covered under the manufacturer's limited warranty.
We do not offer delivery or service for items purchased "As-Is" or items taken directly from the showroom.
Pickup Timeline
- Pickups must be completed within 48 hours of purchase.
Transportation Requirements
- You are responsible for bringing an appropriate vehicle (such as a truck) to transport your furniture safely.
Please ensure your vehicle has enough space and capacity for your items.
Parts Information
